Dynamical Aspects of Information in Copolymerization Processes
Natural supports of information are given by random copolymers such as DNA or RNA where information is coded in the sequence of covalent bonds. At the molecular scale, the stochastic growth of a single copolymer with or without a template proceeds by successive random attachments or detachments of monomers continuously supplied by the surrounding solution. The thermodynamics of copolymerization...
متن کاملRELATIVE INFORMATION FUNCTIONAL OF RELATIVE DYNAMICAL SYSTEMS
In this paper by use of mathematical modeling of an observer [14,15] the notion of relative information functional for relative dynamical systemson compact metric spaces is presented. We extract the information function ofan ergodic dynamical system (X,T) from the relative information of T fromthe view point of observer χX, where X denotes the base space of the system. We also generalize the in...

Dynami al Aspe ts of Information Storage in Quantum-Me hani al Systems Maxim Raginsky We study information storage in noisy quantum registers and omputers using the methods of statisti al dynami s. We develop the on ept of a stri tly ontra tive quantum hannel in order to onstru t mathemati al models of physi ally realizable, i.e., nonideal, quantum registers and omputers. متن کاملDynamical aspects of fragmentation
In this short communication we address the problem of reducibility in a highly excited Lennard-Jones system. We show that the probability of emitting n fragments can be described in terms of a single probability through the binomial expression. However, the Arrhenius law does not hold and the process can be viewed as a mixture of sequential and simultaneous fragmentation events.
